How Much Is Shipping?
Free shipping for all orders over $25 (in most cases).
We locate unique and interesting products from around the world. To save you money, we ship directly from manufacturers or artisans from around the world.
In some cases, shipping from one country to another country may have extraordinarily high shipping costs. In that case, even if your order is above $25, we will contact you via email to see if you desire to a) cancel the order b) cancel the item(s) that have high shipping costs in your order or c) pay for the shipping.
We reserve the right to contact you in the event shipping to your country is too costly. We reserve the right to cancel an order if shipping to your country is cost prohibitive.
When Will My Item Arrive?
Because of this, please allow a processing time of 2-4 days. After processing, please allow, on average, 7-20 days for shipping.
No worries, your order is on it's way to you. We will keep you updated.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer or artisan for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer or artisan processes the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the manufacturer, artisan, or our warehouse to the destination.
- International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days.
- US orders are shipped by ePacket, which is a US Postal Service product. Delivery usually takes between 7 and 20 days but can take longer from time to time.
I see "Paypal WTech LLC" on my bank statment, what is this?
WTech LLC is our parent company thus why you see it on your bank statement. If you pay by PayPal, rest assured we don't see any of your confidential credit/debit or check account numbers.
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
In most cases, you will receive tracking info as we update the status. If you haven't received tracking info, please contact us.
On rare occasions, an order may get held up in customs. If this is the case, we will advise you to contact your customs department directly and ask for help in releasing your items. We also advise contacting the shipper using your tracking number to check on the customs delay.
We are not responsible for any custom duty or import tax or customs delays.
Exchange and Refund Policy
Order Changes or Cancellation
Once your order has been placed, we are usually unable to make any changes or cancel the order. Why is this? To both save you $ and expedite the processing of your order, your order is automatically sent to manufacturers, artisans, etc.

Discounts must be applied to your order before checkout. We cannot honor discount codes after checkout.
We accept returns for most items for 30 days. Contact us and we'll be glad to help.
Returns are not accepted without a RMA Number. Please contact us for a RMA and the return address.
- There is a restocking fee of 20% for all returned items.
- Returns are not accept for all items, please contact us.
- Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. To avoid potential issues, when returning an item, please use shipping insurance and use a tracking service as we are not responsible for packages getting lost or damaged in transit to us.
- The returned item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and include any and all original packaging.
- We may offer a partial refund based on your communication prior to you shipping the item to us or after the item has been returned to us and based on condition, completeness, damage, missing parts, etc. These are things not due to our error.
- Returns require proof of purchase.
Some items are exempt from being returned. This is not a complete list, but includes:
- Digital products like ebooks, electronic books.
- Perishable goods (example food, flowers)
- Dated goods (example newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
Refunds (if applicable)
If your refund or partial refund is approved, we will apply the refund amount back to the same method of payment you previously made. There are no exceptions to this.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you believe you have a defective or damaged item, please contact us.
Electronic Books / EBooks
Digital files and EBooks are available immediately after purchase. A download link is provided to the customer after checkout, and a link is emailed to them when the order is fulfilled.
All content from Digital Downloads is delivered in two ways:
- a direct download link is available on screen after the order is completed
- an email to the customer with a clickable link to the download
Electronic books and ebooks are not returnable since they are digital in nature.
